Project 02 · AI app

FragFlurin.

A planned Swiss AI app that explains phone, tablet and laptop problems to older people in plain language, step by step, so their kids don’t have to be tech support.

The idea

“Frag Flurin, nicht mich.”

Ask Flurin, not me. FragFlurin is made for the phone calls every family knows: parents who need help with a photo, a strange message or a printer, and kids who explain it for the third time between work and dinner. The app should explain the next step in 2 to 4 simple steps, in large text and with read-aloud.

Planned launch: spring 2027. FragFlurin is still in development and not yet in the App Store or Google Play. The website and the app are in German.

FRAGFLURIN

Frag Flurin, nicht mich.

Tech help for your parents.

How it should work

Three simple steps.

This is how the app is planned to work. Not every feature is finished yet.

01

Ask

Parents ask by voice or text, or show the problem with a photo of the screen.

02

Understand

FragFlurin explains the next step in plain language, without technical terms.

03

Carry on

They follow the steps at their own pace, in large readable text, with read-aloud.

Built for trust

For parents and their kids.

No e-banking help, no home visits, no ads, and no guarantee: an AI can be wrong. Suspicious messages are rated “suspicious” or “not clear”, never “safe”.

01

For parents

Photo or voice, large text, read-aloud, and never more than 2 to 4 steps.

02

For their kids

Less phone support, help to judge suspicious messages, and a planned weekly overview that parents must agree to.

03

Privacy goals

Photos only used for the answer, no stored content, data in Switzerland or the EU, no AI training on your data. Not yet finally reviewed.
